These terms govern your use of All Retro Games ROM Downloader (the “app”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What the app does

All Retro Games ROM Downloader is a free Android app for browsing, searching and downloading classic game files across sixteen platforms, extracting archives (ZIP, RAR, 7z), and opening finished games in an emulator installed on your device. It includes a catalog browser, full-text search, a background download manager with pause and resume, a library of your downloads and favorites, and settings for downloads, display and extraction.

The app does not include any games and does not include any emulator. Game files come from a third-party catalog and its mirrors; emulators are separate apps made by their own developers.

2. No account

The app requires no account and no sign-in. Your favorites, download history and settings are stored only on your device.

3. Downloads and your responsibility

You are responsible for what you download and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Only download games you own or are otherwise legally entitled to possess in your jurisdiction. The developer does not verify the rights status of any game in the catalog and does not grant you any rights in the games you download.

Catalog listings, covers and screenshots are provided by the catalog source. Availability, accuracy and completeness of any listing — including whether screenshots exist for a given game — are not guaranteed, and listings may change or disappear without notice.

4. Emulators and third-party services

When you open a downloaded game, the app hands the file to an emulator app you installed separately. That emulator is governed by its own developer's terms and privacy policy, not these terms. The same applies to the catalog source, download mirrors and Google AdMob, each of which operates under its own terms.

All Retro Games ROM Downloader is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any console manufacturer, catalog operator or emulator developer. Console and game names are used only to identify the platforms and titles in the catalog.

5. Advertising

The app is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, including banner ads, app-open ads, and rewarded ads that you may choose to watch. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional. Ad content is provided by Google and its advertisers, not by the developer, and the developer is not responsible for it.

6. Availability and your device

Downloads depend on the catalog source and mirrors being reachable, and on your connection, storage and battery. Large files — some console games are tens of gigabytes — need enough free space and may take a long time. The app offers a Wi-Fi-only setting to avoid mobile-data use; you are responsible for your own data charges.

The developer may update, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, including if the catalog source becomes unavailable.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to infringe intellectual property rights or break the law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or scrape the app's catalog source or download mirrors.
• Reverse-engineer the app for the purpose of bypassing its advertising or misrepresenting its behavior.
• Present the app, its catalog or its listings as your own product or service.

8. No warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that downloads will always succeed, or that any game file will work in any particular emulator.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
